Analyst / Associate, Fleet Solutions

Location: Hybrid – Beverly, MA or Denver, CO / Remote

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales team to drive qualified leads along pipeline to close

  • Support project development team by conducting site diligence on prospective electric vehicle depot locations; including: - Interfacing with local utilities on available grid capacity and interconnection applications -Verifying necessary building permits and drawing site plans -Researching and vetting contractors to obtain quotes for depot construction projects

  • Work across teams to draft proposals for public and private sector clients interested in pursuing fleet electrification

  • Develop and review electric vehicle charging and project finance models to support decision making for prospective and current projects in development

  • Support project operations team, including collecting and analyzing usage data, liaising with OEMs on EV equipment, and developing troubleshooting systems

  • Update project management database and prepare weekly reports for executive team

  • Analyze customer fleet, bus depots, and financial status to develop a comprehensive electrification plan

  • Perform grant research and writing, as well as copy editing colleague’s writing and presentations

  • Prepare and present visualizations that clearly communicate a complex product

  • Proactively identify and find solutions for potential hurdles to procurement

  • Travel to customer sites to conduct infrastructure analysis, coalition building, and customer presentations

  • Build and manage customer and channel partner relationships

  • Craft responses to RFI/RFP

  • Contribute to strategy by researching U.S. federal and state electric vehicle incentives and developing V2G revenue models

Skills

  • Quantitative analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Excel

  • Self-motivated: proactively assume responsibilities, with ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to collaborate across departments within the company as well as external customers and partners

  • Travel 20-30%

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Interest or prior knowledge of electric vehicles, transportation, and/or energy

  • Familiarity with utility, procurement, and school board proceedings

  • Ability to manage numerous tasks and prioritize them

  • Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
